The Da Vinci Dry Pasta Range

Da Vinci's dry pasta range is made traditionally. Statically dried on sticks at low temperature....which although creates drying difficulties, ensures we provide a very superior quality product. All long Da Vinci pasta is also Laminated, which emulates the traditional rolling of pasta, just like mamma used to do it, instead of the alternative method used today by most manufacturers, being extruded. Extrusion creates massive forces and heat on pasta which affects it quality attributes.
